Free Standard Shipping
Exciting news! We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping for most destinations, regardless of the total value of your order. Your selected products will be dispatched using reliable shipping services such as ePacket, China Post Airmail, or PostNL, and each shipment will include a tracking number for your convenience.
For those who prefer faster delivery, we also provide express shipping options for an additional fee. Shipping fees vary from $20 to $60, depending on the destination country.
Expected Order Arrival
Your order goes through several processing stages before reaching your doorstep. Here’s an overview of the shipping procedure:
- Items currently in stock: Shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Custom or backordered items: Additional 1-2 business day delay.
- Holiday delays: During special events like the Spring Festival, shipments may experience a delay of 1-2 weeks due to increased transportation volumes.
Track Your Order
For orders placed while logged into your Beautiful Sports Wear Shop account, simply log in and visit your order history to track your shipment.
When tracking your order, keep the following in mind:
- For personalized products, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing before shipping.
- Shipping times may vary during periods of increased order volume.
- If your order has not been shipped within three business days, you will receive an email notification detailing potential reasons for the delay:
- A surge in order volume is currently being experienced.
- The items in your order may be out of stock within the next 72 hours.
- Due to high demand, the items in your order may be temporarily out of stock.
- The shipping address is incomplete and cannot be processed.
- Possible payment issues during order placement.
Additional Shipping Information
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
